The greasing of the feed takes place when all the ingredients are mixed in the mixer, which consists of the feed. A ZUPTOR feed greaser is used for this process, which allows a preset amount of oil (e.g. sunflower, rapeseed, soya) to be fed.

The ZUPTOR feed greaser we offer has a capacity of 10-15 litres/minute. It consists of a 300-litre tank, a supply line to the mixer and a special nozzle that is mounted in the roof of the mixer.
Each oiler is equipped with a 1400 W heater with thermostat. Its purpose is to obtain the correct oil temperature. It is possible to order a greasing machine in an insulated version, which makes it easier to store oil at low temperatures. The greasing machine is usually filled with oil from an oil tank which is connected to an inlet port mounted on the greasing machine.
Alternatively, the unit can be filled from the top by opening the lid. As standard, the oil dosing from the greasing machine to the mixer takes place at a specific time (so-called time dosing), which is set on a timer mounted on the unit. However, if the customer wishes to dose quantity, we offer an electronic oil counter or flow meter.
