We design seed technologies based on the machines of our German partner PETKUS Technologie. The optical grain sorter is designed to separate material on the basis of size, shape and colour of its components.
By using the action of cameras and light sensors, the computer controlling the sorter is able to detect and separate diseased, damaged or non-core grains.
The optical sorter uses a unique transmission technology: proven optical sorting by means of RGB and geometry analysis combined with new technologies expands the range of applications and achieves the highest sorting quality.
The software guarantees the highest degree of reliability. The platform is based on Windows. We offer our customers remote support as an additional service to optimise the configuration and performance of the sorter.
