ZUPTOR belt conveyors are used to transport granular products such as, seeds, cereals, pellets, etc. The belt conveyor is completely self-cleaning. Energy consumption as well as material consumption is minimal.
In a belt conveyor, the belt is contoured in the shape of a trough that runs on support rollers. This shape allows for a high capacity in relation to the belt width. Belt widths range from 300 mm to 800 mm.
In turn, the maximum length is up to 60 mb. Belt conveyors are available in covered or uncovered versions, with capacities of up to 400 t/h.
